Adewole Ayara is the Managing Director/CEO of Communication Facilitators Limited. He holds a degree in Political Science from Edo State University, Ekpoma and a Master of Business Administration from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. He has over 20years of experience managing field marketing services, market development and product distribution. He has a wide range of experience in the distribution and market dynamics of the Telecoms market, operating as distributor and field marketing services provider to MTN, 9mobile and Globacom. He is an Associate Member of Nigeria Institute of Marketing and has attended several courses both locally and internationally.

Felicia Ayara is the Executive Director Administration for Communication Facilitators Limited. She is an alumna of Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi where she bagged a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration. Her rich administration experience span almost two decades. She worked briefly with Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC), then as the Admin officer Jafeg Ventures between year 2000 and 2005 and later the Admin Manager Safoun Communications Ltd from 2005 to 2010. She has attended several business conferences both locally and internationally.

Tokunbo Adegboye is the Operations Director. A graduate of Pharmacy from University of Ibadan and MBA from Federal University of Technology, Akure. He has over 25years experience in Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing and Corporate communications. He has directed major brand projects, route to market developments and implementation with major multi national companies in Nigeria such as Pfizer, Cadbury, Pharma Deko and Skye Bank Plc (now Polaris Bank). He was part of the pioneering team of social marketing in Nigeria through <strong>The Society for Family Health</strong>.

<em>Oluwaseunfunmi Ogunsina is the General Manager at Communication Facilitators Ltd. </em> <em>He holds a degree in Political Science from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and brings over 10 years of professional experience spanning Telecommunications, Sales and Distribution, Project Management, and Experiential Marketing.</em> <em>He has served in several leadership and operational roles within the major telecoms industry, where he successfully managed projects, spearheaded customer acquisition campaigns, and implemented innovative go-to-market strategies. His expertise covers a broad spectrum including telecoms market dynamics, product pricing, experiential activations, customer acquisition, and relationship management.</em>

Abolade Adesinaola is the head of Accounts and Finance Manager, Communication Facilitators Limited. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Company and Commercial Accountants of Nigeria, member of Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Certified Auditor – Quality Management System and alumnus of the Lagos State University. He also holds an MBA in International Business & Finance Management. Prior to join communication Facilitators Ltd, he had 16years experience; more Time Co2 Gas Plant Ltd as Accountant. UACN Plc, Treasury Accountant of Chemical & Allied Products Plc (CAP Plc), a subsidiary of UACN. Internal Auditor, Fixed Assets Controller of CAP Plc. Business Process & Improvement Manager UACN Property Development Company Plc (UPDC Plc). Courier Plus Services Ltd, a subsidiary of Access Bank Plc as the company Management Account.  

<em>Samuel Olaleye heads our Project Management Unit, bringing a strong background in Business Administration from a reputable institution. </em> <em>He is also an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).</em> <em>Before joining CFL, Samuel gained valuable experience across the insurance and pharmaceutical sectors, with a focus on customer service and relationship management.</em> <em>He has successfully led and executed several consumer and trade activation projects, demonstrating strong leadership, organizational skills, and a results-driven approach</em>
